No. We have worked with companies of fewer than twenty people. If your team repeats the same task every week, there is something to automate, and the audit tells you whether it is worth it before you spend a euro.

Then you pay nothing. We agree the target in writing before we start, measure it on your own numbers, and refund in full if we miss it. The terms, exclusions and claim window are published openly. There is no asterisk.

You do. The workflows run on your accounts, the documentation is yours, and we hand everything over at the end. The maintenance contract is optional, not a way of keeping you locked in.

Small missions such as a showcase site start at €500. A full automation lands between €600 and €10,000, depending on the size of the job, the expertise it calls for, the tools we deploy and the time it takes. We keep automation accessible, and we work with one client at a time so every project gets our full attention. The exact number is agreed during and after the audit, which is free. You have nothing to lose.

Yes. AI training is one of our services, not an add-on. We run short, practical sessions for your team: which tools are worth using for your actual work, which are noise, and how to get real output from them. If your team is not ready to automate yet, training is often the whole engagement, and it costs a fraction of a build.

No. If the audit shows the bottleneck is visibility rather than admin, we bring in web designers we work with regularly. A showcase site runs around €500, a working site with forms, booking or ordering around €1,000. We scope it during the audit, against your objective, and tell you plainly if you do not need it.

Often, yes. In Portugal the Vale Digitalização covers up to 75% of digitalisation projects. In France, training costs are usually covered by your OPCO. We tell you what you qualify for during the audit, at no charge.
